Hosting providers can provide links to external services to Plesk users, who see these links in the Plesk’s Control Panel. Partner Central enables you to turn on a link to a service and specify the URL of this service.

To select services and configure links through Partner Central, go to the Product Configurations tab, select the required product configuration from the list, and then click Additional Services in the Plesk server configuration section. The settings are applied to all Plesk servers whose licenses are associated with the selected product configuration.

For example, if you run an online support service at http://premium-support.example.com, and want to include the support option into Plesk’s hosting plans, you should select the option Show Link to Online Support Service and specify the URL of the service (http://premium-support.example.com). A button will be added to Plesk’s Control Panel with the link to the online support service.

For the overview of additional services, refer to the Plesk Administrator’s Guide, section Offer Additional Services.
