Helping Resellers Manage Their Subscriptions
Your resellers have different levels of technical expertise and, therefore, may have problems with managing certain settings of their subscriptions. Since Plesk 12.0, you can log in to Plesk under a reseller's account to assist your resellers and change the settings of their service plans, customers, and subscriptions. To start managing a reseller's subscription, find this subscription in the list on the Resellers page and click Log In as Reseller. To switch back to your account, click Back to Administrator at the top of the page.
