Branding and Themes
You can configure your own branding for Plesk by modifying page titles and logo.
By default, when Plesk is opened in a browser, the page title includes the name of the Plesk screen the user is currently on and the Plesk version (for example, “Home - Plesk Obsidian”). You can set a custom page title, replacing the Plesk version with your own text (for example, “Home - My Custom Title”).
To set a custom page title:
- Go to Tools & Settings > Branding (under Plesk Appearance).
- Select the “Enable custom title on Plesk pages” checkbox.
- Clear the Use default checkbox next to the “Title text” field, type the desired page title in the field, and then click OK.
Logo is a banner found in the top left corner of the screen when you log in to Plesk. By default, this banner displays the Plesk logo. You can replace the default logo with an image of your choice, and also to make it a clickable hyperlink. Certain restrictions apply to the logo file:
- Use a GIF, JPEG, or PNG file.
- It is recommended to use a file no larger than 100 kilobytes to keep the page loading time reasonable.
- It is recommended to keep the image height equal to 50 pixels.
To set a custom logo:
- Go to Tools & Settings > Branding (under Plesk Appearance).
- Select the “Enable custom panel logo” checkbox.
- Click Choose file, locate the file, and then click Open.
- To make the logo a clickable hyperlink, select the Value radiobutton and type in the desired URL.
- Click OK.
Note: You can also change the Plesk page title and logo via the CLI: on Linux and on Windows.
Favicon is a small icon that serves as branding of your Plesk panel. By default, this icon displays the standard Plesk favicon. You can replace the default favicon with image of your choice. For example, you can do it if you have several Plesk installations and you want to quickly identify them.
Note: To make sure that the custom favicon is displayed correctly in differrent browsers, you need to upload the image both in the SVG and ICO formats.
To set a custom favicon:
- Go to Tools & Settings > Branding (under Plesk Appearance).
- Select the “Enable custom favicon” checkbox.
- Upload the files:
- Click Choose file next to “Favicon file ICO”, locate the file, and then click Open.
- Click Choose file next to “Favicon file SVG”, locate the file, and then click Open.
- Click OK.
