Removing Mail Handlers
To remove a handler, run the following command:
# ./mail_handlers_control --remove
--name=<name>
--type=<global|sender-domain|sender|recipient-domain|recipient>
--queue=<before-queue|before-local|before-remote|before-data>
[ --mailname=<mailname> ]
