Reporting Upgrade Problems
During Plesk installation or in-place upgrade, Plesk Installer captures all the problems it encounters and sends them to Plesk. These reports do not contain any personal or sensitive information. Our technical experts analyze and resolve these problems making future installations and upgrades more reliable.
It is up to you whether to let Plesk Installer submit problem reports to Plesk. The Installer asks your decision during the first installation or in-place upgrade and remembers it for the Plesk lifetime. If you decide to stop sending the reports to Plesk, run the Installer with the following option:
<full path to Plesk Installer> --disable-feedback
To start submitting the reports, use:
<full path to Plesk Installer> --enable-feedback
