General Information

The General tab enables you to view and edit contact and access information, view summary statistics on subordinate objects of the account, manage notification subscriptions, and view other account information, such as account ID and type, creation date, status, parent account, or sales person. The information is divided into sections (Contact, Notifications, Access, General, Summary).

This section shows statistics for customer and reseller accounts, each number presented as a link to the corresponding search results:

  • Active licenses - the number of active licenses; always displayed.

Warning messages

Resellers, customers, and operators under a reseller or a customer can view warning messages, which are displayed on the account details page (Accounts > click an account) in the General section, as well as when users log on to Partner Central.

Warning messages appear if the payment is delayed. They can be of three levels:

  • First level - a message is displayed.
  • Second level - a message is displayed and the access to Partner Central becomes read only.
  • Third level - a message is displayed and the access to Partner Central is denied.
