To set up automatic reply settings for an email address in Plesk:

Unless your server uses SmarterMail, Remote SmarterMail, or IceWarp to handle emails, you can configure automatic replies in Plesk as follows:

1. 請轉到 郵件 標籤 > 電郵地址 > 自動回復 標籤。

2. 選擇 啟用自動回復 核取方塊，並指定下麵設定：

   • 自動回復郵件主題 。
   • 郵件格式 。建議您選擇 純文字 選項，因為一些接收者可能無法看到 HTML 格式的文本。

   • 自動發送回應至唯一的電郵地址不超過 （指定的每次發送的次數）。預設值為“每天 1 次”，這是指如果您的郵箱在一天之內從相同的電郵地址收到幾條消息，Plesk 將只對第一條消息發送自動回復。如果值為 “2”，那麼 Plesk 將對第一條和第二條消息發送自動回復，以此類推。
   • 附加檔 。如果您需要在您的資訊裡添加附件，可點按 瀏覽 並選擇一個檔。
   • 關閉自動回復於 （指定的日期）。如果您想要於某個指定日期停止自動回復，請選擇該核取方塊。

   警示: If your server uses MailEnable for email, you may have fewer options here.

3. 點按 確定 。

To switch off automatic replying in Plesk:

清除 啟用自動回復 核取方塊，並點按 確定。

To configure automatic reply emails for Plesk servers that use SmarterMail or Remote SmarterMail, log in to the server’s SmarterMail or Remote SmarterMail account, then configure the autoresponder functions.

To configure automatic reply emails for Plesk servers that use IceWarp, log in to the server’s IceWarp account, then configure the autoresponder.
